The CPR / Basic Life Support certification program at LaGuardia Community College is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to resuscitate a person in cardiac arrest. Students will learn how to administer mouth-to-mouth and chest compressions, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
