The CPR / Basic Life Support certification program at LaGuardia Community College is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to resuscitate a person in cardiac arrest. Students will learn how to administer mouth-to-mouth and chest compressions, as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The program includes both classroom instruction and hands-on practice to ensure that students are confident and capable in their abilities.
