  • Certification: Eligible to sit for the NHA Certified Phlebotomy
  • The program covers essential topics in phlebotomy, including Quality Assurance and Legal Issues in Healthcare, Infection Control, Safety, and First Aid, Medical Terminology, Human Anatomy and Physiology Review, Blood Collection Equipment and Techniques, Special Collections and Specimen Handling
  • Students complete a clinical externship involving a minimum of 100 venipunctures and 10 dermal punctures
