Program Overview

The certificate program offers two tracks:

Business Management Career Prep Track

• Focuses on successful management practices and the characteristics of effective managers.
• Covers theoretical approaches to management, critical thinking, and strategic management.

Associate Professional in Human Resources Track

• Provides solid HR principles and explores current HR challenges, including unemployment and global financial issues.
• Includes case studies of real companies and current HR practices.

Both tracks include Microsoft certification in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preparing students for various roles in business and human resources.
