The program prepares the student for eligibility to take the licensure examination for practical nurses. Upon satisfactory completion of the program, students are eligible to take the licensing examination to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. The program is fully accredited by the Board of Nursing, State of Hawaiʻi. The Practical Nursing Program prepares graduates for the National Council of Licensure Examination for practical nurses (NCLEX-PN).
