  • Prerequisites: Be at least 17 years of age, have a social security card, have a valid driver’s license or other state or federal government-issued photo ID, be able to read, write, and speak English, successful completion of high school or equivalent, able to pass a urine drug screen if required by clinical sites, not listed as unemployable on the employee misconduct registry (EMR) and no criminal offense convictions as listed in Texas Health and Safety Code 250.006, present evidence of immunization against MMR, tetanus, hepatitis B, and a negative tuberculosis screening.
