Duties of a Home Health Aide:

  • Assist clients in daily tasks
  • Transferring patients
  • Recording patient’s vital signs
  • Maintaining oral hygiene
  • Turning and positioning patients
  • Helping with toilet use
  • Measuring patient’s weight
  • Preparation of prescribed diets
  • Accompanying patients to medical appointments
  • And more!

After Completion: You'll be ready to work in home care agencies, client’s homes, group homes, private cases, or adult day care centers.

Note: This course is available in English, Spanish, Russian, and American Sign Language (ASL).
