IDTC Career Center’s Pharmacy Technician program in Grand Prairie, Texas, trains students in pharmacy practice, dosage calculation, prescription entry and billing, pharmacy law, medical safety, and health science essentials. The program prepares graduates for the Certification Examination for Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT), supporting work in retail pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, armed services, and educational institutions. IDTC delivers the program through classroom-to-career skills training and off-site clinical experiences, and it can be completed in as little as three to four months.
