Students learn the safe and proper techniques for venipuncture, capillary puncture, and blood transport. By the end of the program, graduates are well-prepared to take the national certification exam and begin their careers as certified phlebotomists.

Hudson Valley Career Training (HVCT) offers a comprehensive Electrocardiogram (ECG/EKG) Technician class. This class is designed to teach students the fundamentals of performing ECG/EKG tests, as well as the proper use of ECG/EKG equipment. Upon completion of the class, students will be prepared to take the national certification exam to become a certified ECG/EKG Technician.

Hudson Valley Career Training (HVCT) offers a Certified Nursing Assistant certification class in New York. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be eligible to take the New York State certification exam.
