The Doctor of Behavioral Health in Management concentration prepares administrators and rising leaders to guide behavioral health organizations without requiring a clinical background. Students build skills in financial decision-making, quality improvement, and data-informed strategic planning for organizational change. As with the Clinical track, the program closes with a doctoral capstone project centered on a live organizational problem. Graduates are prepared to take on executive and program leadership roles within behavioral health systems.
