Pharmacy Technicians are trained professionals equipped to take on a number of clerical tasks and responsibilities related to readying and dispensing pharmaceutical drugs. Couple that with the rising rate of chronic diseases such as diabetes and obesity among all age groups and you have a growing need for trained and licensed Pharmacy Technicians as well.
