The Patient Care Technician certification program at Gateway Community College is designed to provide students with the practical skills and knowledge required to work in a variety of healthcare settings. This program includes both classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience, enabling students to develop the skills necessary to provide direct patient care. Upon completion of the program, graduates are eligible to sit for the National Health Career Association's Patient Care Technician certification exam.
