The Medical Administrative Assistant certification program at Forsyth Technical Community College - West Campus provides students with training in medical terminology, medical office procedures, medical billing and coding, and electronic health record management. The program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in administrative roles in medical offices, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Students will complete 42 credit hours over three semesters and will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience through an externship program.
