Applications for the FDTC Nursing Programs will be accepted Monday, August 21 through Monday, October 9 for the Spring 2024 semester.

The application process will be found on FDTC’s Etrieve Central Form Hub (https://central.fdtc.edu), a web based application to serve students’ needs for form submission.

The FDTC LPN to ADN Transition Program prepares students for this performance profession requiring intellectual, interpersonal and psychomotor skills that are based upon biological, behavioral and humanistic principles.  Graduates of the Associate Degree Nursing program are prepared to work in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics and outpatient centers. Upon completion of the program, the student is eligible for an Associate Degree in Applied Science and may apply to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nursing Practice (NCLEX-RN).

There are four semesters and 54 credits in the LPN-ADN Transition program.

The ADN Nursing program at Florence-Darlington Technical College is accredited by of the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing  (ACEN)
