FTCC's Certified Nursing Assistant class provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to work in acute, long-term, and rehabilitation healthcare settings. This class covers a variety of topics including the roles of the nursing assistant, basic nursing skills, basic patient care, and patient rights. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be eligible to take the NC Nurse Aide I examination, giving them the ability to become nationally certified in the field.
