This course does not replace the CNA I original class. Candidate must have an expired CNA Certification in North Carolina within the last 5 years. A print out of a CNA I expired license in North Carolina is required. This refresher course will reintroduce the varieties of Nursing skills needed to assist patients with activities of daily living. Upon completion, students will be refreshed in Nurse Aide I duties. Week 1 will be completed Online. Then you will complete: 2 Days of Lab THAT'S IT!!! The hybrid class gives students much more flexibility in their busy schedule to complete the Nurse Aide I refresher program. Upon satisfactory completion of the NA I Refresher Training program, the graduate is eligible to take the North Carolina NNAAP exam. An exam fee of $101 is required. Upon achieving a passing grade, the graduate will be listed as a Nurse Aide I on the NC Nurse Aide I Registry.
