Medication Aide Training Program - Faces of Angels LLC

About the Program:

Our Medication Aide Training Program is designed to equip certified nursing assistants (CNAs) with the skills necessary to administer daily medication to patients in a hospital or medical facility. As a graduate of this program, you'll be prepared to monitor patients, report changes, and collect samples, all crucial tasks of a Medication Aide technician.

This comprehensive 12-week course combines in-class lectures, discussion, and practical instruction to provide a well-rounded education. Graduates of this program will be eligible to receive national certification as a Medication Aide technician.

Admission Prerequisites:

To be eligible for the program, you must be:

  • 18 years of age
  • In possession of a valid Photo ID and Social Security Card
  • A holder of a High School Diploma/GED or Transcript
  • Currently employed as a nurse aide or non-licensed direct care staff member

Please note that additional items may be required for the course, including books, training supplies, and personal equipment, which are not included in the course fee.

Faces of Angels Training Center is located in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX and is directed by Janae Crenshaw, RN. They offer a variety of programs, including Phlebotomy, EKG, Qualified Medication Aide, and CPR/Basic Life Support. Their mission is to provide quality education and training to their students.
