• Schedule: Hybrid modality, combining online coursework with in-person clinical rotations and evening school classes.
• Prerequisites: Applicants must be at least 18 years old (or have parental permission if under 18), possess a high school diploma, GED, or pass a Basic Skills Test with a minimum verbal score of 70% and a minimum math score of 70%. A personal interview is also required.
• Accreditations: Accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA), issues Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certifications through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA), and approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
