The course is broken into four distinct skill areas, all taught by experienced craftspeople. The class covers many skills needed by entry-level building maintenance technicians including rough carpentry (framing), basic plumbing maintenance and repair, basic electrical maintenance and repair and interior finishes (drywall, paint, finish carpentry).
