Elite Technical Training Center has a well-known Certified Nursing Assistant class with a dedicated and thorough instructor. They are located in Knoxville. The school focuses on offering flexibility for students; ETTC offers classes that are part-online and part in-person. ETTC's only program is their CNA program, so they specialize in training nursing assistants. The class is 93 hours long (75 hours online theory instruction and 18 hours clinicals in-person). Students may also take the in-person class.
