Program Overview

Diamond Career Institute

Diamond Career Institute, established in September 2020, is a small proprietary career school in accordance with Texas law. The institute specializes in offering training and certification preparation for both Nurse Aide candidates and Phlebotomy students. Successful completion of the Nurse Aide course equips students to take the state examination for certification as a Nurse Aide, while graduates of the Phlebotomy course are prepared and eligible to undertake the National Healthcare Association certification examination for certification as a Phlebotomist.

Regulated by the Texas Workforce Commission Career Schools and Colleges in Austin, Texas, Diamond Career Institute holds a Certificate of Approval. The school's TWC-assigned number is S6273. It is authorized to conduct a Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. Additionally, the Phlebotomy program has received approval from the Texas Workforce Commission.
