The Dental Assistant certification program at CV-TEC is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in dental offices, clinics and hospitals. The program offers hands-on clinical and classroom instruction in dental theory, infection control, patient care, dental materials, lab procedures and computer skills. Graduates are eligible for certification as Dental Assistants and can choose to continue their education in the related fields of dental hygiene or dental assisting.
