Forklift Training

At Commercial Driver Training, Inc., we have experience in certifying professionals working with forklifts. From forklift operators to plant managers, warehouse supervisors to distribution managers, our program is designed for anyone who may operate a lift Forklift. The program is geared to provide the principles of safe forklift operation.
CDT provides monthly classes at our West Babylon location. We are also able to go off site to provide instruction at a company’s specific location.
Our program covers a comprehensive list of topics. Participants will learn the lift truck fundamentals, the principles involved in forklift operation, and safe load-handling techniques. Our course also discusses accident prevention, hazards documentation, and safety procedures.
Our forklift training encompasses the essentials and practical knowledge into one class. We are hands-on when it comes to giving participants first-hand experience in operating forklifts in preparation for the actual job.
CDL-B Career Course
Commercial Driver Training , Inc. is a vocational school founded in 1961 to offer courses in professional Tractor Trailer, Truck, and Bus Driving. Commercial Driver Training’s curricula was developed to fill the trucking industry’s need for well trained highly skilled drivers.

In person Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A) Classes
The Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL-A) program at Commercial Driver Training is designed to prepare individuals for a career in the truck driving industry. Students receive hands-on training from experienced instructors and learn the critical skills necessary for operating a Class A commercial vehicle.
