The Doctor of Health Care Administration (DHA) program is a program designed for health care professionals aspiring to take on executive leadership roles in diverse health care settings. The program emphasizes strategic leadership, operational excellence, and innovative solutions to improve health care delivery. Students examine health care systems, policy frameworks, organizational behavior, financial management, quality improvement, and emerging technologies that shape the future of health care.
