CTU's Doctor of Management program is designed to help enable you to develop a leadership style that could allow you to critically evaluate, analyze and solve problems – and ultimately work toward making key contributions – to your field.

Program Overview
The Doctor of Management program includes a combination of core management and elective courses, as well as doctoral symposium and research-related courses. The research element will culminate in a dissertation.
The Doctor of Management is a terminal degree for management professionals. The program helps students prepare to think and act strategically and provides the opportunity to enhance their abilities to make positive contributions in their chosen area of management expertise. The general program offers students the flexibility to explore as many as five subject areas by selecting 20 credit hours of electives from any of the concentrations.
This program does not lead to additional licensure or certification. As such, CTU has made no determination regarding prerequisites for licensure or certification in any state or jurisdiction.
