Welcome to the AHA PALS Pediatric Life Support Training

Dive into an amazing learning experience! This training is all about boosting your skills and shaping you into a superhero in pediatric emergencies.

What's it all about?

This course takes you through the latest science-backed practices, uses interactive videos, and throws in some pediatric emergency simulations for good measure. You'll master a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, and PALS treatment algorithms. Plus, you'll get to practice effective resuscitation and team dynamics. And who knows? You might end up saving a life someday!

Who's it for?

All you healthcare heroes managing respiratory, and cardiovascular emergencies, and cardiopulmonary arrest in kids. That includes our pals in emergency response, emergency medicine, and those in intensive and critical care units.

What you'll learn?

• Administering top-notch child and infant CPR and AED
• Recognizing and responding to cardiopulmonary arrest
• Distinguishing between respiratory distress and failure
• Administering early interventions for respiratory distress and failure
• Understanding compensated and decompensated (hypotensive) shock
• Early interventions for shock treatment
• Spotting the difference between unstable and stable patients with arrhythmias
• Post–cardiac arrest management
