The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) program at City Colleges of Chicago - Malcolm X College is designed to prepare students to become licensed practical nurses with a comprehensive understanding of basic nursing principles and procedures. The program combines classroom instruction with clinical experience, enabling students to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to provide compassionate care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. Graduates of the LVN/LPN program will be eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN) and pursue a rewarding career in healthcare.
