The Medical Assistant certification class offered by Charles A Jones Career & Education Center is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become certified medical assistants. The program covers medical office procedures, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and medical law and ethics. Upon completion of the program, students are eligible to take the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) exam.
