About the Program

Pharmacy technicians are vital members of the healthcare team. Working under the supervision of licensed pharmacists, they:

  • Assist in providing health care and medications to patients
  • Order, stock, package, and compound medications
  • Work in diverse settings like hospital pharmacies, home health care pharmacies, community pharmacies, and more

Our program consists of 96 contact hours of in-depth training. You'll learn about pharmacy mathematics, medical and pharmaceutical terminology, drug classification, packaging and labeling, and much more.

Admission Requirements

To enroll, you need to be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, possess basic computer skills, and complete a drug screening test, among other requirements.
