The Medical Assisting program at Carrington College consists of three main educational components: Clinical, Administrative, and Externship. Medical assistants are trained to help patients and physicians throughout a medical office or clinic. They combine interesting medical work, such as taking vitals or administering medication, with day-to-day tasks of a medical office, such as scheduling appointments or completing clerical work.

At Carrington College, students undergo comprehensive training in various dental skills, including proficiently capturing X-rays and impressions, performing coronal polishing, and providing assistance during a wide range of dental procedures. The program encompasses essential aspects such as patient preparation, meticulous charting, administrative duties, and the execution of office administrative functions.
