Caroline Center is a beacon of hope and opportunity for women in Baltimore, dedicated to empowering its students through education and skills training. As a non-profit workforce development organization founded in 1996 by the School Sisters of Notre Dame, the center is committed to addressing the challenges faced by women in marginalized communities. The 15-week, tuition-free program primarily focuses on careers in allied healthcare, providing certifications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Pharmacy Technicians (PhT).

The curriculum at Caroline Center uniquely blends theoretical instruction with hands-on experience, including clinical internships and externships in local healthcare settings.
