Cambridge Nursing Academy's CPR / Basic Life Support certification program is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to respond in emergency situations where cardiac arrest or other life-threatening situations occur. The program is offered at the Hyattsville campus and covers topics such as the proper use of defibrillators, cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques, and airway management. Students who successfully complete the program receive certification from the American Heart Association.
