The Calhoun Workforce Solutions (CWS) group provides customized, flexible, cost-effective and convenient training to local businesses and industries throughout North-Alabama allowing them to achieve and maintain peak efficiency in the global marketplace. Programs are developed specifically to meet the need of the individual business. CWS can also assist businesses with the application process for the Existing Industry Training Program Grant.
