The Interior Design program prepares graduates for careers in interior design and cultivates career skills with technical software, drafting, and digital drawings. Students learn to use design rules and apply the design process using the most relevant software in the interior design industry. Students design and draft residential and commercial projects to create a full set of working drawings. Design elements and technical drafting are taught using current building codes. This ensures students have a strong design aesthetic and understanding of design construction and architecture. Students are mentored one-on-one by industry professionals. Upon completion of this competency-based certificate, students are prepared to begin their career in the interior design industry.
