The Medical Billing/Coding certification program offered at Borough of Manhattan Community College provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the healthcare billing and coding industry. Students will learn medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and coding systems such as ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS. Upon completion of the program, students can seek entry-level employment in medical billing and coding or pursue further education in the field.
