The Home Health Aide certification program at Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) First Supervisory District Personnel Department is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to work as home health aides. The program covers topics such as basic nursing skills, personal care and hygiene, infection control, communication skills, and patient safety. Upon completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the New York State certification exam for home health aides.
