Bellevue College’s Phlebotomy Technician program in Bellevue, Washington, trains phlebotomy technicians to draw blood, collect specimens, recognize conditions that may affect collection, communicate with laboratories, and maintain specimen quality. The program awards a Certificate of Accomplishment and prepares students to become eligible for Washington State MA-P (phlebotomist) certification.
