The Computer Support Specialist certificate program at ASA provides an introduction to many areas of information technology including computer architecture, hardware, operating systems, network administration and support. The program is focused to train IT professionals to be competent in maintaining, troubleshooting and administering computers and offers students an intensive hands-on training using our dedicated computer and networking labs. Graduates should be able to provide on-site support for mainly users of Microsoft Windows platform. This program includes courses helpful to pass the CompTIA A+, Network+ and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications, three of the valued certifications in Information Technology field.
