In this course students will learn how to receive prescriptions from patients and doctors, measure, package, and label prescriptions, establish and maintain patient records, process payments and insurance claims, and manage inventory. Pharmacy Technicians are professionals who work in pharmacies located in hospitals, doctor's offices, and grocery or drug stores. Upon completion of this course, students will be eligible to sit for the NHA certification exam. One attempt at this exam is included in the course price.
