Students of the Home Health Aide Program will learn to perform duties which include providing physical comfort and care for patients, nutrition, and other sustaining services for home health care recipients. Upon completion of this program, graduates will possess the skills and knowledge to become employed as entry level Home Health Aides, working for Home Health Agencies, Hospice Care, private clients and more!

Active Health Institute started as a dream in the heart of an amazing and compassionate woman, Dr. Amparo Sanchez, with the purpose of preparing wholesome professionals, by teaching them excellent caregiving skills and instilling in them a heart for service in the Health Care field.

It was on a beautiful morning Spring of 2007 that Active Health Institute opened its doors, welcoming the first group of students, and revealing that seed of greatness found in every person that wants to improve their life spiritually and professionally.
