Why should I work with Dreambound instead of a local school directly?

With Dreambound, you can work with hundreds of schools across the country, offering maximum flexibility for your employees to get their CNA licenses. You can also be confident you're not getting overcharged for tuition, that your employees will get world-class customer support along the way, and that they know they have to return to work for at least 6 months.

What licenses are available?

We work primarily with upskilling employees into CNAs but in select geographies offer Licensed Caregiver, Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, and Medication Aide licenses.

How much does it cost?

We charge a flat fee plus the cost of the employee obtaining their CNA license. This is much more affordable than the going industry rate of 10-15% of the employee's first-year salary for staffing agencies or hiring externally. The exact rate depends upon the size of the partnership and geography (metro).

Are there any up front costs or fees? Mandatory minimums?

None. No fees. No minimums. You only pay when one of your employees starts class.
