Requirements vary per program. Some programs have no restrictions for those with felonies or misdemeanors. However, in general, programs involving hands-on care (such as Certified Nursing Assistant) will require you have no felonies in the last 5 years and no misdemeanors involving assault or theft in the last 5 years.
