The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class offered by Western Technical College - Mauston (WTC) in Wisconsin is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the healthcare field. The program covers topics such as anatomy and physiology, nutrition, and infection control, as well as providing hands-on experience in a clinical setting. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be eligible to take the state certification exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
