Victory Professional Development Center in AL offers a Phlebotomy certification course which is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a certified phlebotomist. The certification course covers topics such as anatomy and physiology, infection control, specimen collection and handling and laboratory safety. Upon completion of the course, students will be eligible to take the certification exam and gain their certification.
