The Fieldstone School provides 2 certificates of completion at the end of the program.

The Fieldstone School - Fitchburg Campus (TFS - Fitchburg Campus) offers a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program located in Worcester. This program provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a CNA, including anatomy and physiology, patient safety, and patient care. Upon successful completion of the program, students will receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to take the Massachusetts CNA State Examination.
