This program covers basic life-saving skills, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) use, and choking relief techniques for adults, children and infants. The program is designed for healthcare professionals, students, or anyone who wants to learn how to react effectively in case of an emergency.

Steel Center provides Career and Technical Education to high school students from 11 school districts in Allegheny County. Their goal is to develop knowledge, skills and aptitude necessary to be successful in their choice careers. Their mission is to provide challenging, meaningful and relevant career and technical education training for students that supports the growth of individuals, families, and the workforce within communities.
