SCI’s Medical Assistant career training program is hands-on, employer-tailored training. It focuses on teaching skills such as reading vital signs, performing EKGs and CPR basic life support, drawing blood, and more, as well as delivering courses to provide you with the tools you need to succeed. This training program provides the opportunity to help you prepare to sit for your certification in as little as 36 weeks with successful full-time enrollment. Work toward certifications as a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomy Technician, Certified EKG Technician, Basic Life Support, and more.

SCI's Business Administration program provides training on skills used to support businesses, including how to use accounting software, generate reports, and use communication software. The program is estimated to take 33 weeks (day class) or 48 weeks (evening class) with successful full-time enrollment.

The Medical Billing and Coding Specialist program offers training to develop skills in medical insurance, medical codes, computer applications and more. Complete the program in as little as 36 weeks with successful full time enrollment and gain eligibility for certification to become a Certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist, Medical Administrative Assistant, or Electronic Health Records Specialist.

SCI's Welding program provides training and certification opportunities for an entry-level position in welding. The training program provides instruction in joining and cutting metal surfaces, arc welding, resistance welding, brazing, and soldering. The program is estimated to be 27 weeks (700 clock hours) with successful full-time enrollment.

Students will have the opportunity to learn to install, maintain, and repair essential temperature control equipment found in homes and businesses. This course will utilize both in-class and out-of-class learning activities to achieve course objectives. SCI’s HVAC training program helps prepare students to sit for the following nationally recognized exams:
*When taken within three months of completing the program, SCI will pay for graduates to sit for the NCCER and EPA-608 certification exams.
