If you want to be a structural or wild land Firefighter as well as develop your self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork, then register for Fire Service Technology. This program follows the I.F.S.T.A. (International Fire Service Training Association) Essentials Curriculum while teaching firefighting skills. Students will work in a classroom setting as well as outside in inclement weather, completing manipulative activities. Good communication skills, attitude, and a desire to work hard are essential for success in this program. It is a physically demanding program, students can earn a PE equivalency credit from most sending schools as well as a Science equivalency credit. Students also have the opportunity to earn up to 11 college credits via EvCC Tech Prep program if they complete the class with a grade of B or better!

Sno-Isle TECH is a high school career and technical education center in Everett, Washington. Its occupational fields include Auto Body & Collision Repair, Automotive Technology, Certified Nursing Assistant, Construction Trades, Cosmetology, and Dental Assistant, among other programs. The school organizes training through five career pathways: Information Technology, Science & Health, Business & Marketing, Human Services, and Trade & Industry. Industry-based classes provide applied learning experiences and may support high school credits, equivalency credits, dual college credits, industry-recognized credentials, externship opportunities, and apprenticeship opportunities. Sno-Isle TECH serves high school students and combines career-focused instruction with opportunities connected to college and workplace preparation.
