Singing River Healthcare Academy’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Apprenticeship will equip you with the knowledge and skills to join the healthcare field after just one short year of study and hands-on training. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), also known as Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) or Nurse’s Aids, provide basic patient care and support in partnership with nurses, physicians and other caregivers. CNAs assist patients with activities of daily living and the ideal CNA has a passion for people and direct patient care.
