Orange-Ulster BOCES Career and Technical Education (CTE) is accepting applications for the 2020-2021 Little Dreamers Preschool Program. Little Dreamers provides a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for preschool children. Its focus is to offer a stimulating early care and education experience which promotes each child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. The goal is to support children's desire to be life-long learners. CTEC's unique pre-school, a component of the Education Careers Academy, provides important training experiences for high school students pursuing teaching careers. Under the direct supervision of fully-certified teachers, high school students work with preschoolers to learn about child development as well as planning, implementing and evaluating pre-school curricula. Children enrolled in this exceptional program are immersed in a wide number of experiences including art, science, math, social studies, sensory, kindergarten readiness, cooking, physical education and music on a regular basis.
