  • Curriculum: The CNA program consists of a well-rounded curriculum, including 42 classroom hours, 27 lab hours, and 33 clinical hours. You'll receive fundamental nursing skills and theory training, aligning with the Connecticut Department of Public Health requirements.
  • Prometric License Test: Northeast Medical Institute is an approved Prometric In-Facility CNA testing site. We offer on-site CNA testing, allowing our students to take the test right after completing the program, typically within five business days. This unique advantage ensures that our students are comfortable with the testing environment, increasing their chances of success.
  • Reciprocity: The CNA license obtained through testing at Northeast Medical Institute can be filed for exchange and transferred to various other states, depending on the respective Department of Health regulations.
